A Day in the Life of the Digital Humanities

February 27, 2012 in News

Welcome to the Day of Digital Humanities 2012 web site. This year the event will be held March 27th, 2012.

The Day of DH project is a collaborative publishing project for digital humanists around the world to document what they do. For more information see our wiki at: Day in the Life of the Digital Humanities 2012 - there you can see what people posted in previous years and learn about the project.

How can I participate?
  1. Get an account by registering. Doing this also creates a personal Day of DH blog for you.
  2. Create a first “About Me” blog entry where you describe who you are and what you do. You can do this before March 27th as a way of learning the version of WordPress we use. If you’re not sure where to find your blog, see ‘My Sites’ in the top bar when logged in:
  3. Make sure you have a digital camera so you can post pictures of your day (but make sure you ask for permission and don’t post any of children!)
